Can I Use Milk Instead of Cream in Butter Chicken When Cooking It For A Crowd

We love butter chicken for its delicious taste and easy preparation. But when we make it for a crowd, we often find ourselves running out of cream. So how do we replace the cream without sacrificing flavour?

The answer is simple – milk instead of cream. Because milk contains fewer calories than cream, we can reduce our portion size while maintaining the same amount of flavour.

In fact, adding 1/2 cup of low-fat milk to the recipe cuts the fat content by more a reasonable amount.

This means that we can serve the dish with minimal adjustments. In addition, because milk doesn’t curdle, we won’t worry about curdled sauces ruining our presentation.

We’ve tested this substitution method on a variety of recipes, including chicken curry and tomato soup, and found that it works well.
