Korean Pork Stir Fry
This Sweet and Spicy Korean Pork Stir Fry has strips of roast pork ( or marinated pork loin) cut to about 1/4 inch thickness. that are seared with fresh vegetables and tossed with a sweet and spicy sauce that includes plum jam and the Korean paste gochujang. This is lip-smacking good!
This Korean pork stir fry has vegetables like carrot, red pepper and can be served with steamed rice.
Kids actually love it as it is not too spicy as the heat is toned down by the sweet soy sauce. (You can also add a little brown sugar at the end if the dish is too hot – it will reduce the spicy taste)
This is a tasty meal that comes together in no time and packs a major flavor punch.
Let’s start by preparing the vegetables-
Carrots – sliced
Onions Sliced
Chili Slice
Garlic – finely dice
Bell Pepper – remove the insides and cut about ¼ inch slices
Green beans top and cut to about 2-inch length
Broccoli – slice into big piece

Cook the onion and garlic for 3 minutes or until clear. Then add the carrots, chili, beans and broccoli. Stir and put the lid on the pot and steam for 3 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauce kecap manis
- 2 tablespoons Bulgogi sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 lb pork we used a pork roast we had the night before so it was already cooked
- 1 chili
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ lb green beans
- ½ lb broccoli
- 1/4 Salt and Pepper To Season to your taste

It has a blend of soy sauce, natural brown sugar, pear or red apple, (some have a chili tone) garlic, ginger, ground black pepper and sesame oil.
