Sheet Pan Bacon and Eggs Recipe for A Crowd

One sheet pan of bacon and eggs will easily feed 4 people and generously.  My  wife says it would feed 6, but when catering for a crowd, it is always better to over cater.

Ingredients 8 eggs 1 tbsp canola oil 10 Bacon 1 tsp green onion

Turn the oven temperature up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray some cooking oil on a sheet pan and lightly coat it

Cook the bacon in the oven for 10 to 14 minutes Then add in the eggs

– Decorate with chopped parsley. – Season with Salt & pepper to taste
