  • 3<\/span> cups<\/span> beef stock<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> tablespoon<\/span> Worchester sauce<\/span><\/li>

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Flour the beef<\/div><\/li>
    • Now Turn the instant pot to high saute.\u00a0 Add the beef and saute each side for about 2-3. minutes.<\/div><\/li>
    • Then take out and cook the onion and garlic first, followed by adding the carrots and celery.<\/div><\/li>

    • Add and stir in the tomato puree.<\/div><\/li>
    • Add in white wine and bring to boil.<\/div><\/li>
    • Add in Beef stock and Worchester sauce.<\/div><\/li>
    • Put the beef back in and also mix it to get all the flavors around it.\u00a0 Alone with some salt and pepper for seasoning and taste<\/div><\/li>

    • Now add the Bouquet Garni<\/strong>–\u00a0 1 sprig of rosemary, 5 sage leaves, 2 bay leaves. Tied inside a muslin cloth\u00a0<\/div><\/li>
