  • 2<\/span> tablespoons<\/span> olive oil<\/span><\/li>
  • Peri-Peri Sauce<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> chilies diced<\/span> choose what chili you want for how hot you want<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> clove<\/span> garlic<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> lemon juiced<\/span><\/li>
  • 125<\/span> ml<\/span> olive oil<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00bd<\/span> cup<\/span> chicken stock<\/span> put in the instant pot bowl<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> smoked paprika<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> sweet paprika<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00bd<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> salt<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00bc<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> castor sugar<\/span><\/li>

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Method<\/strong><\/div><\/li>
    • Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.\u00a0<\/div><\/li>
    • Cut some slices in the chicken flesh to help the marinade penetrate better\u00a0<\/div><\/li>
    • Add the chicken pieces and mix and coat the marinade all over- then set aside and leave for an hour in the fridge<\/div><\/li>

    • Peri-Peri Sauce Method <\/strong><\/div><\/li>
    • Make the Peri Peri sauce by combining all the ingredients except the oregano to a paste in a food processor. Stir in the oregano at the end.(if you have fresh oregano you can put it in the\u00a0 food processor)<\/div><\/li>
    • If the sauce is too thick thin it down with a little more olive oil<\/div><\/li>
    • Instant pot\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><\/li>
    • Put the chicken stock in the instant pot bowl and mix a little of the peri-peri sauce in to add to flavor.<\/div><\/li>
    • Then add the chicken and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes and 10 minutes of natural pressure release\u00a0<\/div><\/li>
    • Take out the chicken and place in a grilling tray – and set your oven to grill. With a brush put some per-peri sauce all over the chicken<\/div><\/li>
    • Then put under the grill for approximately 5 mins, but watch closely so it does not burn.<\/div><\/li>
    • After they are nicely browned they are ready to serve.\u00a0<\/div><\/li>
    • We served with some fries- and had the oven on while we were preparing the peri-peri chicken.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
