Ingredients<\/h3>
  • 8<\/span> skinless chicken thighs<\/span><\/li>
  • 1.5<\/span> cups<\/span> chicken stock<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> pinch<\/span> saffron<\/span><\/li>
  • 4<\/span> tablespoons<\/span> olive oil<\/span><\/li>
  • 3<\/span> red onions finely sliced<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> cloves<\/span> garlic chopped finely<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 \u00bd<\/span> tablespoon<\/span> sweet paprika<\/span><\/li>
  • 20<\/span> pitted prunes<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> salt<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00bc<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> ground black pepper<\/span><\/li>

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Finely slice the onion<\/div><\/li>
    • Finely chop the garlic<\/div><\/li>
    • Turn on the instant pot and when hot add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/div><\/li>
    • Then add the onions and garlic and cook then for about 3-5 minutes<\/div><\/li>
    • Then add all the other ingredients with the paprika first and some of the chicken stock<\/div><\/li>
    • Add in the Rest of the Chicken Stock plus the salt and pepper and stir again<\/div><\/li>
    • Next, add about 10 strands of saffron and the prunes and stir gently but well<\/div><\/li>
    • Put the lid on the instant pot and cook for 12 mins with 10-minute natural release<\/div><\/li>
