Make the Spicy Pasta Sauce - Heat A Large Pan
Add Diced Garlic and olive oil and cook until the garlic is translucent
Now add the vodka (optional), salt, black pepper, canned tomatoes, and crushed red pepper flakes mix well.
Simmer the sauce for about 10-15 minutes stirring - until it startesto thicken
Add the Cream and Parmesan Cheese - stir in well and cooked for a further 5-6 minutes.
Make The Pasta
Boils the Water Vigorously - about 2-2.5 quarts per pound of pasta
Cook pasta till Adente or as per package instructions
Drain the Pasta and add it to the pan containing the sauce
Stir genetly mixing the sauce around the pasta
Also add some more cheese if desired
Taste and decide if more black perpper or red pepper flakes are needed
Garnish with fresh Basil and Serve
