- 4 lbs pork ribs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper Can also use a Rub
- 1 onion Sliced
- 1 tsp garlic diced finely
- 1 tbsp mustard Mild - can be Dijon
- 1 tbsp rosemary diced finely
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Start by Preheating the oven to 350-375 degrees F
Use a baking pan or roasting dish
Put most of the onions, garlic, and herbs of rosemary into the pan
Season well both sides of the pork ribs and then cover with your meat rub and dijon mustard
Sprinkle the remaining herbs, garlic, and onions on the top of the ribs
Put the ribs in the roasting pan. Try to keep them in one layer. Do not stack the ribs.
Cover the baking pan with Aluminum foil Bake for around 60 minutes
After 60 minutes take off the foil and bake for a further 30 minutes This will help for a brown crust and reduce the liquids
Serve the ribs with your favorite sides like french fries or mashed potatoes. Do not forget the rich sauce in the roasting dish from the herbs and ribs
