Ingredients

  • 4 lbs pork ribs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper Can also use a Rub
  • 1 onion Sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic diced finely
  • 1 tbsp mustard Mild - can be Dijon
  • 1 tbsp rosemary diced finely
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Start by Preheating the oven to 350-375 degrees F
  • Use a baking pan or roasting dish
  •  Put most of the onions, garlic, and herbs of rosemary into the pan
  • Season well both sides of the pork ribs and then cover with your meat rub and dijon mustard
  • Sprinkle the remaining herbs, garlic, and onions on the top of the ribs
  • Put the ribs in the roasting pan. Try to keep them in one layer. Do not stack the ribs.
  • Cover the baking pan with Aluminum foil Bake for around 60 minutes
  • After 60 minutes take off the foil and bake for a further 30 minutes This will help for a brown crust and reduce the liquids
  • Serve the ribs with your favorite sides like french fries or mashed potatoes. Do not forget the rich sauce in the roasting dish from the herbs and ribs
