40ozground beef
25ozmushroom soup
20ozegg noodlesCan Use Pasta

Instructions
Start by browning the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. You will want to use a good quality beef for this dish, such as ground beef (or chuck roast ) Once the beef is browned, add in any onions and brown them also.Saute on medium to high heat the ground beef using a big skillet. Cook until browned and the beef is in a crumbly state. This will take about 8 minutes
Use water that has been salted a little and boil. Put in the egg noodles and continue to boil till they have a firm bite. Plan for 8 minutes. Drain the noodles in a colander and leave.
To the cooked beef gently stir in the thickened mushroom soup. You can add a little paprika or garlic powder for extra taste. Simmer gently for around 10 mins. Stir every minute so that the bottom does not stick to the pot or pan.
Finally taste, and season with salt and pepper. Now take the beef off the heat. Add in the egg noodles and combine gently
Slowly Stir in the sour cream and you are ready. If you have any fresh parsley then you can garnish the dish with them, the green looks great against the white sour cream.
