- 6 oz bacon
- 4 oz unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp chives
- ½ tsp black pepper
Make crispy bacon - we like the crisp bacon in the oven (or bacon air fryer)
Let the bacon cool
Put the Bacon inside a blender or food processor
Blend or mix the bacon until chopped into small pieces
Add the chives and butter with a little black pepper for seasoning
Normally salt is not needed butter is naturally salted
Again blend or process until all are combined
The butter needs to be partially soft to incorporate the bacon plus chives and pepper, Do not have the butter too soft. Do not use melted butter.
Serve in a medium bowl
